The Ultimate Game ("TUG") is a personal productivity and life management application. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data.
TUG uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. to connect your bank accounts and retrieve financial data such as account balances and transaction history. When you connect a bank account, Plaid handles the secure connection directly — TUG never stores your bank login credentials.
By connecting a bank account through TUG, you agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. Plaid's privacy policy governs how your financial institution data is collected, used, and shared by Plaid. Your data is handled in accordance with that policy.
TUG uses your financial data solely to display your account balances, net worth, cash flow, and spending summaries within the app. We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Financial access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers (Supabase) and are never transmitted to your browser.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access tokens and sensitive credentials are stored server-side only and are never exposed in client-side code or logs.
You may disconnect your bank accounts at any time from the Finance page. When you disconnect, we remove your access token from our systems and call Plaid's /item/remove endpoint to revoke access.
To request deletion of all your data, contact us or delete your account from the app settings.
